This
school was started in the year 1990 to meet the demands of the
newly developing residential complex at charkop,Kandivli. Today
the school is run in a spacious five storied building with a
big play ground.

This institution is headed by Mrs. Bharati P. Iyer. She is assisted
by supervisor Mrs. Vandana V. Desai and her dedicated staff
which includes 8 teaching staff members, 2 clerks, 1 peons,
4 Aya, 1 watchman and 2 Sweeper. |

In the KG Section we adhere to play way method. We stress on
less burden and more fun. We try to inculcate love and respect
for our culture and tradition in the young minds by organizing
various activities. The school celebrates each and every festival
as celebrated at home. Cultural projects are displayed on days
of religious and national importance. Through out the year various
competitions are organized to unearth the latent potentials
in every child. Story telling, recitation, greeting card making,
clay modeling, fancy dress, drawing and sports are some of the
various competitions conducted by the school for all the children.
Our school regularly participates in a number of Interschool
Competition and not only our pupils, but our staff too has brought
laurels to this institution.
Our school has been wining trophies and medals regularly from
the most prestigious organizations like Bombay Arts & Sports
and Mani Bhavan for excellence in One Act Play, Fancy dress,
flock dance, chorus singing etc.
Common Birthday of all the pupils, story telling by a grand
mother of the school on Mother's day, celebration of special
days like salad day, fruit day, colour day, etc. are some of
the special features of our school. Puppet shows and cartoon
films are shown to students by our teachers on regular basis.
