The academic year 2002-2003 was quite eventful. Following are the highlights.
• Students of our college participated in Academic Competitions as ANDC 2001-2002. They also participated in Annual Convention hosted by Satyabhama Deemed University - Chennai - Trophies participated - Nari Gandhi, G. Sen, Reuben.

• Conferences and seminars were organized in which a short term photography course was conducted for the first year students. An eminent Architect Shri Cho. Padamsi delivered lecture on Methodology of teaching. Work Shop on Warli Painting, Fountain Making and Architectural rendering was also organized for students.

The Department of Ekistics, Research and Consultancy has undertaken the Designing Project of Raigad Military School, Mahad. Residential School with Boys and Girls Hostel, College, Swimming Pool and other amenities including landscape service Design, Construction and Supervision of projects, Interiors and acoustical treatment of MCRC Seminar Hall was successfully carried out by our faculty members Ar. Poonam Samant and Purnima Thakre - Trivedi.

Faculty Member Ar. Poonam Samant participated in a short term course of QIP at Mumbai by January, 2003 for one week duration and also participated in ICHH Programme. Smt. Neelam Paralkar, Principal of our College has participated for the programme and Sustainable Habitat COA QIP at Auroville in March, 2003.

Annual Social "Avartan 2003" was held from 30th January, 2003 to 2nd February, 2003. Students showed their performance in the way of Fashion Shows, Group Dances, Orchestra, Class Performance, Solo Dances etc.
