Our Achievements (2002-2003)           Academic Achievements:  The result of various Navhind exams is as follows             Maths 4 merit holders     English 8 merit holders Shruti Ramesh stood 2nd in Std. II, Nayak Vighinesh stood 3rd in Std. V     Marathi 11 merit holders Sangram Prabhu stood first in std. V, Lele Pradnya stood first in std. VII, Chirmade Jyoti stood 3rd in std. V and Shenvi Leena stood 2nd in std. VII.     Drawing 2 students are merit holders     General Knowledge 4 students are merit holders     Science 6 merit holders in std. V       6 merit holders in std. VI. with Sameer Gaikwad standing first       6 merit holders in std. VII with Vadlamani Aruna standing first and Nikhil Mane standing second             Excellence in Sports:     Our boys team won the championship trophy for chess in IES organized chess competition.     In Dombivli Olympics 14 students won prizes in various competitions like Karate, Judo, Athletics conducted by Rotary Club of Dombivli.     In the Abhinav Bank organized Zilla Level gymnastics competition our school won first prize.     In the marathon race organized by Shivai Balak Mandir 5 students won prizes.     In the Kalyan Taluka Shririk Shikshak Shishan Mandal and Shiv Sena organized langdi competition our girls & boys team won first prize.     Our 'Zanj Kawayat' won first prize in RSP organized drill competition, also at Kalyan Taluka Sharirik Shikshak Shishan Mandal, and at Shiv Sena organized drill competition.     Many students won prizes in athletics at IES organized competitions, Shiv Sena organized competition and district level competitions.             Achievements in Cultural Activities:       Our school bagged the Rs.10,000/- worth champion trophy again this year for the second time from the Sanskriti Kala Darpan organizers for maximum prize winners.       In the Loksatta organized elocution competition our student Siddhi Ambre III/B won first prize.       Our 'Prayer' programme won first prize at the RSP organized dance competition.       In the Sanskriti Kala Darpan group song competitions our students won first prize.       In the Balak Yatra Competitions 5 students, won prixes in Kala Children Academy organized painting competition 10 students won the Bal Gaurav award. In the Tilak Nagar Ganeshotsav drawing competition 7 students won prizes. In the Ashwin Study Centre Shloka competition 2 students won prizes and Shree Vatsaya Balmandiram Shloka recitation 5 students won prizes.       12 Cub & 12 Bulbul students participated in the state level camp for the first time at Thane from 09-11-02 to 12-12-02 Chinmay Laghate of rStd. IV stood first in essary writing in 25 districts 6 students won prizes in various other competitions.     Outstanding Achievements of Teaching Staff:       Our Clerk Smt. Sadhana Karnik won 'Best Senior Clerk' award declared by IES on Teachers' Day.       In the Sanskriti Kala Darpan organised teacher's group song competition our teachers won second prixe.       Our teacher Smt. Minal Kolhe won 3rd prize in parent's category of Lokmat Sanskar Mala competition. Our Supervisor Smt. Pranjali Kane won consolation prize in Teacher's category.       In the Kala Vikas organized teachers competition our supervisor Smt. Pranjali Kane won consolation prize in mono acting and Sugam Sangeet and our drawing teacher Smt. Sushma Bambarkar won consolation prize in drawing competition.
