  Principal's Message

The Oxford Dictionary gives the meaning of the word education as systematic instruction given to develop mental powers or character. Each person has a different way of interpreting an educated person. Education should bring about an all round development of a child. Education plays an important role in the development of human potentials.
Now a days we see that people have turned selfish, everyone wants to be rich without giving a thought to how he is acquiring the wealth. There is too much of violence everywhere.
If we want our tomorrow to be better than our today, we have to tap the child, who will be tomorrow's youth and he will be able to change the today. If the children are imparted good education, they themselves will inculcate good values, which are needed today.
Selecting a good school for the child is an important duty of the parent. The school along with the necessary curriculum should also tap the latent talents of the child. It should bring about an all round development of the child physically, emotionally, and intellectually and help the child grow into a good human being keeping an Indian culture in mind. This is the goal of all the teachers of IES's Chandrakant Patkar Vidyalaya English Medium Primary School who would like to achieve for their students.
Let us remember and inculcate in children the important value that we are first human beings. We are the citizens of our beloved country India and live on the wonderful planet Earth. We must remember that we must do our country proud, become famous not notorious. Whichever profession we choose, do something positive for mankind. Let us remember the words of Gandhiji and try to bring peace in our family, neighborhood, state, country and the world.
'I would develop in the child,
His hands, his brain and his soul.'
