Our school
Indian Education Society's Ganesh Nagar Vidyalaya was started
in the year 1997. In 1997 when the school started, there were
406 students with one divisio each of Jr. K.G., Sr. K. G. I,
II, III, IV, V & VI std. of English Medium and the same
number of standards in the Marathi Medium too.
Today we have 668 students from Jr. K.G. to Std. X with one
division each.

Vision
& Objectives:
Along with the syllabus prescribed, concentrating more on all
round development of every student. We have been trying to Corelate
extra curricular activities by conducting various competitions
such as drawing, singing, craft, elocution, dance etc. to inculcate
the values of our Indian Tradition and culture in our students,
we celebrate festivals like Ashadi Ekadashi, Guru Pournima,
Deep Pooja, Raksha Bandhan, Ganesh Chaturthi, Gopal Kala, etc.
by arranging projects we also arrange picnic, sports, fun day,
exhibition, etc. to inculcate the qualities liketeam spirit,
co-operation, selflessness in our students.

Message:
Wisdom is supreme, therefore get wisdom though if cost all you
have, get understanding said the wise king Solomon.To get such
wisdom and understand Education is compulsory. Education plays
an important role in the development of human potentials. It
should bring about an all round development of a child. Inculcation
of good values is possible only in a good school. The school
is an institution which aims at bringing about an all round
development of the child. He should be physically, mentally,
intellectually, prepared to impart all his duties towards the
country, a student should be an ideal citizen, a fully civilized
person which he will out of school at the age of 15 or 16 years.
This is the goal of all the teachers of I.E.S Ganesh Nagar Vidyalay
and the teachers are trying their level best to achieve this
goal.
