 We
have set a vision for ourselves to upgrade our educational standards to meet the
best in the world and to create a centre for learning and growth for our students
as well as faculty. Our mission is to primarily empower our students with the knowledge
and experience to deal with the needs of the profession and eventually contribute
to the betterment of society at large.
We are in the process of initiating various programmes curricular, co-curricular
and extra curricular – this year to enthuse our students at all levels.
We are happy to announce the commencement of Post Graduate courses / Masters Degree
Programmes in the academic year 2010-2011 in the fields of General Architecture,
Environmental Planning and Conservation, Urban Planning and Construction Management.
We have got tremendous response for the same.
Some commendable achievements are given in the news section.
We will continue to build up their exposure to the profession by way of guest lectures,
site visits and product presentations.
We have also discovered in our students budding artists, musicians, sportspersons
and I would like them to nurture these skills in addition to their academic pursuits,
which will go a long way in their overall personality development.
I wish to take this opportunity to congratulate my students on their commendable
performance at the NASA Convention at Chennai this year, and urge them to spill
over the same zest, zeal, sincerity and effort into their academic responsibilities.
As we take our first steps into a new beginning, I invite the alumni of the IESCOA
to comeback home and participate in achieving the goals that we have set for ourselves.
I would be happy to have valuable suggestions and inputs from all concerned towards
the betterment of the college.
