PROF.
VIJAY SHAHANE
Areas of Specialization
: Strategic Management, Project Management,
Business
Ethics
Industry Experience : 35 years
Teaching Experience : 10 years
Prof. Shahane graduated from UDCT
in 1966 in the field of Chemical Engineering and has
industry exposure of over three decades spanning leading
industry groups including the State Government. The
fields covered by him include Finance, Operations
and Strategic Management, while holding positions
upto the Managing Director of large organizations.
Teaching at management institutions and conducting
training programmes has been a logical extension of
his professional activities and the pedagogy adopted
reflects both his prior industry experience and innovative
approach to teaching.

PARAG MAHULIKAR
Industry Experience : 32 years
Teaching Experience : 24 years
Prof. Parag Mahulikar is a post graduate
in Statistics and D.O.R.M. from Mumbai University. He
has over 30 years of industry experience in the field
of Marketing & Marketing Research with large Indian
and multinational companies at very senior level. He
has been teaching Marketing, Marketing Research, Strategy
and Balanced Scorecard for the past 24 years at leading
Management Institutes like IIMI, NMIMS, NITIE etc. Besides,
he has been conducting management development programmes
for managers and senior executives of the industry for
the past 20 years.

PROF.
MOHAN B. RAO
Areas of Specialization : Marketing
& CRM
Industry Experience : 25 years
Teaching Experience : 15 years
Prof.
Rao is an Electrical Engineer from BITS, Pilani and
done his PGDMSM from University of Delhi and PGDBM from
XLRI, Jamshedpur. At XLRI he was awarded the Gold Medal
in Economics. He has over 25 years experience in working
in a variety of products & markets. He last served
as Vice President at Dishnet DSL, prior to which he
was CEO (Networking) at Datamatics. He had begun his
career at Godrej and worked in various capacities. He
has been exploring his passion for teaching and academics
since 1985 and been teaching at NITIE, NMIMS, TMTC to
name a few.

(DR.) PANKAJ TRIVEDI

Finance and Economics

Teaching Experience : 5 years
Dr. Pankaj Trivedi is a Post Graduate
in Commerce and Ph.D. from University of Mumbai in Banking
& Finance. He has nearly 20 years work experience
with one of the public sector banks. He has experience
teaching at post graduate level as visiting faculty
at various management institutes & Universities.
He has presented and published several research papers
in various national & international conferences,
seminars and journals.

| Mrs.
SUSHMA KARWA
Teaching Experience : 3 years
Mrs. Sushma Karwa has done her post
graduate in the field of Human Resource Development
from IES Management College. Immediately following her
post graduation, she began her career in the teaching
profession. In addition to teaching various HR subjects
to management students, she also takes workshop on communication
skills to students of various fraternities.
