| Admission and Withdrawals |
While giving
direct admission to new pupil, it is necessary to administer
the test and the child be admitted to class for which he/ she
is found fit. However, it is necessary to take the permission
of the Department for admission to standards other than 1st
Standard. It may also become necessary to consider the availability
of seats in that particular standard. b.If the child is seeking
transfer from any other school, it would be necessary to check:
i) Whether the Leaving Certificate is from a recognised school
ii) In case the Leaving Certificate is from a Recognised school
other than Maharashtra State, ensure that the counter signature
of the Education Officer of that State is affixed on it.
c.If the Leaving Certificate is from an unrecognised school,
it is necessary to obtain prior permission from the Education
Department of B.M.C. or Z.P. as the case may be and follow their
instructions regarding admissions of such pupils.
d.In case of direct admission it is necessary to take the original
birth certificate of the child and also a declaration from the
parents that the child has not attended any school previously.
e.If the Guardian / Parent decides to withdraw his / her child's
name from the School, it is necessary to take a written application
from the Guardian / Parent requesting for a Leaving Certificate.
The Guardian / Parent will have to pay the Term Fee for the
entire Term.
f.If the pupil's conduct or progress is not satisfactory the
Head reserves the right to strike his / her name off the roll.
Similarly, if a pupil fails in the same class twice or more,
his / her name will be liable to be struck off the roll.
g.The term fee, admission fee and tuition fee once paid will
not be refunded.
h.The Head reserves the right to request withdrawal of any pupil
whose behavior or progress in his / her opinion is unsatisfactory.
i.School leaving certificate will not be issued unless all the
school dues are paid and all books and articles belonging to
the school are returned. |
