High school Scholarship Examination [ February,2002] 8 students of
English medium and students of Marathi medium succeeded brilliantly
by earning High school Scholarship.
S.S.C.Examination (March,2002) :-
Miss Naik Rucha Satish stood 15th in the merit by securing 692/750
[92.26%]marks. It is a matter of great pride that the following three
more students secured above 90% marks.

M.T.S.Exam
In the M.T.S. Exam. Conducted by Wadia college, Pune in April,2002
from both the mediums 4 students won the state Merit scholarship
04 students won the District Merit Scholarship and 2 students received
theconsolation prizes.
N.T.S. Exam
Naik Rucha and Joshi Mandar received the scholarship in
NTS Exam held in May,2002.

In Hindi Examination organised by Rashtra Bhasha Sabha, Pune, 168
students got distinction and 328 students got first class. The total
result was 92.48%.
'H' Ward Science Exhibition:-
The school received third prize for the project ' safety Alaram'
meant for Junior group and for the project 'Solar Heater' meant
for senior group.
4 students showed brilliant performance in National
Science Olympiad and stood in the merit list while 12 students scored
top in mathematics scholarship conducted by institution for promotion
of mathematics, Pune.
Gaurang Nagare, our budding artist, received the following
prizes.:-
-A gold medal in Nature Painting Competition organised
by Wonder Art World International, Hyderabad.
-First prize in drawing competition organised by Gandhi Smarak
Nidhi.
-First prize along with a certificate a trophy and cash Rs.701/-
in drawing competition organised by a Commissioner Aarey Milk
Company, India.
-First prize in drawing competition organised by Hindustan Pencil
and received a gold medal and a certificate.
Adwait Gharat received a gold medal,
a certificate and scholarship of Rs.250/- in Homi BhabhaTalent Search
Competition.
Anushree Phanase received a medal in maths concept

Excellence in Sports
School received ' Madhav Mantri' trophy in cricket tournaments organised
by Indian Education Society.
The school also received a 'carrom Rotating Trophy' in carrom tournaments
organised by Indian Education Society.
Prajakta Narayankar selected for the carrom tournaments while Pushkar
Sakhalkar selected for chess competition to be held on district
level by Mumbai Krida Adhikari, Mumbai subarban.
