I.E.S.'s Padmakar Dhamdhere English Medium primary School is

is the Head Teacher of this prestigious unit.

excellent skills and administration the school has scaled great
heights bringing fame and name to Indian Education Society.
The school has received the 'Most Ideal School' Award from B.M.C.
Innumerable awards given by Kalpa Kala, Bombay Arts & Sports,
Mani Bhavan, Prempuri Ashram etc. Smt. S.R.Nair was the recepient
of the Nirgudkar Award as Best Principal given by Indian Education
Society. She is a scholarship teacher, teaching the subject
of English to the pupils. She, along with her team of teachers,
has strived hard and sincerely, bringing laurels to P.D.E.M.P.
School. The school has bagged the first position in the Middle
School Scholarship Exam for last two years.
Mrs. Nair, as the principal of P.D.E.M.P. School has undertaken
different projects like B.M.C. Folk Dance Competition, S.M.A.R.T.P.T.
Seminar conducted in our school by B.M.C., English Workshop
etc. All these ventures have been carried out to the best of
her ability, sincerity and hard work.

Padmakar Dhamdhere English Medium Primary School was established
in the year 1964. The medium of Instruction is English. It is
the largest Institution of its kind comprising of 40 divisions
and students strength of 3400. The size itself is a tribute
to the excellence in education that this school imparts to its
students.
The Institution, which showers sunshine and blessings in
the form of teaching, on about 3400 blooming and promising
buds. Our dedicated and sincere teachers strive to tap the
latent potentials of these pupils, thus bringing into existence
young orators, narrators, artistes etc. who have won accolades
at various competitive levels, with the dual help and Co-operation
of the staff members as well as the parents, the capacity
and capability of our pupils are displayed in the performing
arena.
The dedicated service by the Principal, Vice-Principal, Supervisors,
Teachers, the excellent co-operation from the Parents and
hard work of our dear students have brought to this school
many glorious laurels year after year. Under their able guidance
our school marches on enhancing its reputation as one of the
best schools in Greater Mumbai and we are sure that this status
shall always be maintained with the dedicated efforts of the
