The elective was conducted as a hands-on workshop with demonstrations of techniques used to develop objects in clay, to understand the properties of the material, its advantages and limitations. Students explored clay as a material and understood how to work with it. They made different objects using various techniques and methods. The workshop has imbibed into the students the skill to use clay as a material (plasticity, durability, etc.) for different purposes. It helped the students to learn and explore ways and techniques to develop different forms & objects with clay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
