Bauhaus visual design philosophies have been impactful on graphic design to this day. Known for the use of primary colours, thick lines, balanced background and foreground and most importantly, the impactful typography; Bauhaus left a significant bearing on the visual graphics. The geometric compositions were a substantial part of Bauhaus in graphics as well as in textile design, architecture and furniture.
