Dedicated School of Ceramics in Mumbai
Indian Education Society’s School of Ceramics is a fully equipped learning center, studio facility and art gallery. Our aim is to teach pottery and make available working space and necessary tools to anyone interested in pursuing ceramics as a career or hobby.
Located conveniently at Dadar West, Mumbai, the School of Ceramics is on the 5th floor of Indian Education Society’s Nabar Guruji Vidyalaya near Portuguese Church. Please inquire with the security personnel to get directions to our office.

Studio Facilities for Students of Pottery
Our studio, spread over 1,000 sq ft, is equipped with 6 potter’s wheels, a 8.0 cu ft electric kiln, a 0.42 cu ft test kiln, a spray booth, slab rollers, steady supply of clay, raw materials, glazes, stains, tools and on-site assistance to guide and assist our students.
The studio and facilities are also available to practicing potters to rent. Learn More
Exhibition Gallery
Our 1,500 sq ft gallery is large enough for displaying student’s works as well as for art exhibitions by interested ceramic artists.
