1. The summer vacation is
from 08.05.12 to 12.06.12. The school will re-open on
2. Std II
to IV - Timing of the school - Monday to Saturday - 12-45 p.m. to
06-15 p.m.
3. Std I to
IV - Whenever the school works for half day the timing will be 12-45
p.m. to 03-20 p.m.
4. Std I - The
school timing is as follows.
Wednesday 15.06.12 - 01-30 p.m. to 02-30 p.m.
Monday 18.06.12 & Friday 22.06.12 - 01-30 p.m. to 05-45
p.m.
Monday 25.06.12 onwards - 12-45 p.m. to 06-00 p.m.
5. The Office Timing
for fees during vacation is -
Monday to Saturday - 11-30 a.m. to 12-30 p.m.
6. The school
tuition fees Rs.975 /- and term fees Rs.975/- and PTA
membership Rs.5/-
Fees should be paid Quarterly, Half yearly for Std. III & IV
students and
Yearly for Std. I & II students .Bring 2 cheques, 1 for
tuition fees, 1 for term fees.
PTA membership Rs.5/- to be paid by cash.
Fees will not be collected on last 2 days of the month.
Do not put the school's name on any of the 2 cheques.
School's stamp will be used.
7. Sick Students
should not be sent to school. Once the child is marked present in the
school the child will not be sent home half day or earlier by half an
hour or one hour.
8. Parents should not
met the teachers once the session starts, in case of emergency
permission is needed to be taken from the head to meet the teachers.
9. Parents can meet the
teachers if needed before session starts or after sessions ends.
10. Uniform -
Parents should send children in clean complete, proper uniform.
Foot Wear - All season black shoes
from June to April.
Tie to be worn only with new uniform and not
with old uniform.
New Uniform will be available in the month of
June.
11. I Card
should be worn everyday after it is given.
NUTRITION:
Nutrition plays a very important role in the development of
children. Their physical and mental development depends on good food.
Junk food should be avoided and a balanced diet should be provided for
the children. Habit of eating good, healthy food should be inculcated in
children from very young age. Hence from June parents should send only
the following food items in the lunch box :
Puri / Chappati- Bhaji, Paratha, Thepla, Idli-Dosa, Upma, Poha, Rice
varieties, Dhokla, Sandwiches, Salads, Fruits.
They can bring shev, chivda, popcorn, chaklis, waffers, biscuits etc.
only on Saturdays.
ACTIVITIES WHICH CAN
BE DONE DURING VACATION:
Children should utilize
the free time available during vacation well.
1) They improve their handwriting, drawing and craft work.
2) Learn tables and read a lot of story books to improve their language.
3) Play in the evening any games of their interest.
4) They can develop their hobbies and talents.
5) Collect stamps, coins, stones, shell, etc. which they are interested.
6) Visit the Zoo, Museum, historical places, aquarium etc. and write
their experiences.
