I have been going on campus of IES for the last 4 years for hiring and I’ve not been let down even once. The MTs hired from the campus have shown good progress and year on year the quality has been improving, which says a lot about the amount of effort the management has been taking. The students are sound not just academically but are also abreast with the market trend. The work ethics imbibed by the management trainees have been of the highest standards, which talk a lot about the culture of the institute. Mock interviews have been conducted for students by industry experts to make the student ready for the real test. On and all, one of the few institutes which takes keen interest in overall development of students to make them industry ready.
My Study at IES MCRC made me sharper and more confident. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable. Good Quality education can be expected from the institute. The college gives excellent opportunities of external interactions and competitions. This exposure build up my personality very well which helped in getting the covered job.
It was my pleasure being part of this mock interview session, this is a great initiative by the institute and Placement Team to give exposure to the students before the actual placement season begins. I found many of the students were well prepared and could showcase quality and skills that are required by the industry. It was a good chance for students to get feedback from experienced professionals for their career and future goals. I like the friendly atmosphere here and the fact the teachers are really close to the students. We are very supported in our studies. The teachers are really kind and their way of teaching is really interesting. They are also very motivational. We are enthused by the classes , facilities & resources.IES gave me an opportunity to start a Career with a good MNC organizatin Novo Nordisk India Pvt Ltd.
I have been extremely Lucky and grateful getting selected in IES MCRC. I had been like a white canvas which was filled with colours and it's all because of IES MCRC and our professors who helped and guided me throughout the span of time and beyond. I am proud of being a part of IES MCRC.
At IES MCRC, the entire faculty works tirelessly to mould one's destiny. My two years of PGDM in Pharmaceutical Management have been a fantastic learning experience. IES MCRC kept its promise of mentoring us throughout our academic years, including the placement season, and assisting me in finding a position with a reputable Research firm, where I have always pictured myself.
