Cheese Chat and Churning Activity | 2026

Our SR. KG children enjoyed a fun and hands-on Churning Activity to learn how curd is turned into buttermilk.

The children observed the process carefully and took turns using the churner. They were excited to see the curd change into buttermilk through continuous churning. After the activity, the children happily tasted and drank the fresh buttermilk, making the learning experience even more enjoyable.

This activity helped them understand a traditional method of making buttermilk while improving their observation and motor skills. The children actively participated and had a wonderful learning experience through this enjoyable activity.

Monaco Cheese Chat Activity – SR KG

Our SR KG children had a delightful Monaco Cheese Chat Activity. The children spread cheese on Monaco biscuits and topped them with fresh vegetables to prepare their own tasty chat.

The activity encouraged creativity, fine motor skills, and healthy eating habits. The children enjoyed preparing their snacks independently and were excited to taste the delicious Monaco Cheese Chat they had made.

It was a fun-filled, hands-on learning experience that brought smiles to every child's face.

Farm Animal Special Week | July 13^th to 17^th, 2026

We at IES KG BHANDUP celebrated Farm Animal Special Week from 13th July to 17th July 2026, with great enthusiasm to help children learn about farm animals in a fun and interactive way. Throughout the week, students participated in a variety of engaging activities, including animal-themed rhymes, stories, colouring, craft work, and educational videos.

The activities helped children identify different farm animals, understand their sounds, food habits, homes, and the products they provide. The special week encouraged observation, creativity, language development, and appreciation for animals and nature. The students actively participated and enjoyed the learning experiences, making the week both educational and memorable.

Nisarg Pooja (Nature Worship) | June 26^th, 2026

Our IES BHANDUP KINDERGARTEN celebrated Nisarg Pooja (Nature Worship) on 26. 6. 2026 to help children understand the importance of nature and develop love and respect for the environment.

As part of the celebration, a beautiful display project on nature was arranged. The students enthusiastically participated in colouring activities based on nature themes, which encouraged their creativity and observation skills. Informative and engaging videos related to nature and environmental conservation was also shown to the children, helping them understand the beauty and significance of the natural world in an interesting way.

The celebration was a meaningful learning experience that inspired children to appreciate, protect, and care for nature from an early age.

Father's Day Celebration | June 20^th, 2026

Our school celebrated Father's Day with great enthusiasm and joy. Students expressed their love and gratitude towards their fathers through greeting cards, drawings, poems, and special messages. Various classroom activities were conducted to highlight the importance of fathers in our lives. The celebration helped students appreciate the care, support, and guidance provided by their fathers. It was a memorable occasion filled with love, respect, and happiness.

International Yoga Day | June 20^th, 2026

Our Kindergarten celebrated International Yoga Day with great enthusiasm. The aim of this celebration was to inculcate healthy habits and create awareness about the importance of yoga for physical and mental well-being from an early age.

First Day of School | June 15^th, 2026

The first day of the new academic year was observed with great enthusiasm and joy at IES English Medium Primary School, Bhandup. The school premises were beautifully decorated to welcome the students, to make the day even more special, each student was given a welcome gift in the form of a pencil, which made them feel excited about the beginning of a new journey.
