Marathi Bhasha Din was celebrated in remembrance of Great Poet Kusumagraj on 27.02.2023. Children sang lovely marathi songs, gave speeches and drew banners in due respect. Teachers gave information about the event.
Fancy dress competition was held on 24.02.2023 of Kindergarten School Charkop. Children were dressed as community helpers, birds and Animals. They spoke a few lines of their appearance. Confidence is what IES Charkop teachers build among our children. It was a fantastic experience.
Talent show was conducted in IES English Medium Primary School Charkop to bring out the hidden talents of our tiny tots.
Children sang songs, performed dance, monoact, fancy dress gave speeches etc.
They enjoyed this event alot. All the children actively participated in this event.
Shiv Jayanti was celebrated with great enthusiasm. Children sang powada, speeches and sang songs on Shiv Jayanti. Procession was held. Teacher gave information on Shiv Jayanti. A project was displayed in the School.
Children's Day celebration was held on 14th November 2022 at IES Kindergarten and English Medium Primary School Charkop. Information on Children's day given by teacher. Children recited songs and performed dance. Children enjoyed the memorable day.
Lord Ganesh idol was worshipped on 26.08.22 and 29.08.2022. Children prepared Ganpati out of clay. Sang songs and Aarties. Teacher gave information on Ganesh Chaturthi. A festival full with devotion. Parents too came and Ganpati Darshan.
Matrudin celebrated in school to show the importance of Motherhood. Mrs. Manali Mahesh Arolkar, the Mumbai Police Lekha Adhikari was the Chief guest who gave guidance to all the mother parents. Teachers gave information about the event. Children gave speeches, sang songs on occasion of Matrudin.
Janmastmi Celebration held in school. Children danced and importance of Janmastami festival was given to children. Project was displayed. Children enjoyed the festival.
75th Independence Day celebration was done by hoisting the National flag by the SSC 1st rankers.
A grand celebration was held children and teachers participated in the function. They sang Patriotic songs and gave speeches.

Nagpanchami was celebrated in IES Charkop. Children prepared different types of snakes. Project was displayed and information on Napanchami was given to children.
Deep Pooja was conducted in KG and Primary section to make children understand the importance of Deep in each and every house. Teachers told the children story behind this festival. Children recited Shloks related to Deep Pooja.
Guru Pournima was Celebrated in IES Charkop KG and Primary section with great respect towards all the Gurus of life. Information on the festival was given to imbibe in children the value of gratitude towards parents, teachers etc. A student became a safe to depict the portrait as Guru
Ashadhi Ekadashi was celebrated in Charkop Campus with great devotion. Children participated whole heartedly. Dindi was taken in each class to depict the varkaris devotion towards lord Vithal.
Importance of Yoga was told to children. Mrs. Sneha performed various Yoga assanas along with the children and teachers. This event brought awareness about good health.
Children of KG and Primary were given warm welcome with song by the Incharge and the teachers and non teaching staff. Selfie point was done where children clicked photographs of the first day memory.
