We celebrate Ashadi Ekadashi to show the original Bhakti movement and the devotion towards their God. We also celebrate Ganapati Festival, the Lord of wisdom to impart values and customs in our children. Our young body builders practice to break the ‘Dahi Handi’ in school by forming human pyramids. This teaches co-operation and team work. Tiny tots of our school take due interest in playing ‘Dandiya Ras’ during Navratri. Children prepare lanterns before Diwali,at this time one cannot resist looking at our school which is decorated by these lanterns. Sweets and Namkeens are distributed to the children. Santa Claus arrives to bless our children and to distribute goodies. Children shake hands with him and wish him a very happy Christmas.’ Til Gul Ghya ani god god bola’ is taught by giving sesame ‘ladoos’ to our children Our National Festivals Independence Day and Republic Day are celebrated with great pride and a spirit of patriotism. |

Children of standard III make placards of slogans like ‘Each one grow one’, ‘Plants are our friends’, ’Save Earth’ etc They bring saplings to school. Along with the teachers the children are taken out in and around the school vicinity, in a procession. They shout the slogans some carrying placards and others carrying saplings. The saplings are either sown in the school or at their home. This activity is conducted every year. |

See Photo Gallery for more photos In the month of July every year, interested students of std 3rd and 4th join the cub – bulbul group. Boys join the cub group and girls join the bulbul group. Once a week separate classes are conducted for cub and bulbul. Various songs, pledge, activities are taught to the children. Values like self-dependence, helping others, sacrifice are encouraged. An overnight camp for these students is conducted in the school. Children enjoy the bonfire, games, competitions and cultural programs etc. Best cub and best bulbul prizes are declared. Children enjoy this activity. |

In 2009, the magazine was printed on completion of 20 years of establishment of the school. |

Teachers, parents and students together make charts, exhibits, models which are displayed. The chief guest inaugurates the exhibitions. Parents and students see the exhibition as it is kept open for 2 to 3 days. Children explain the exhibits to visitors. Visitors write their opinion in the visitors book. Mathex, Best out of Waste, Save Earth were some of the topics on which exhibition was conducted in our school. |
