As per the yearly ritual, our KG children performed a few Yoga asana on 22^nd June, 2026 with music under the guidance of our P.T. sir

IES Manjarli Vidyamandir Enthusiastically celebrated 20^th June, 2026 “International Yoga Day with the active participation of KG, Primary, Secondary students, teaching staff, non-teaching staff and Parents. The program began with an introduction highlighting the importance of yoga in maintaining physical health, mental well-being.

All participants performed various yoga asana and breathing exercises with great enthusiasm and discipline.

The event concluded with a message encouraging everyone “True yoga is not about the shape of your body, but the shape of your life."
