I have been going on campus of IES for the last 4 years for hiring and I’ve not been let down even once. The MTs hired from the campus have shown good progress and year on year the quality has been improving, which says a lot about the amount of effort the management has been taking. The students are sound not just academically but are also abreast with the market trend. The work ethics imbibed by the management trainees have been of the highest standards, which talk a lot about the culture of the institute. Mock interviews have been conducted for students by industry experts to make the student ready for the real test. On and all, one of the few institutes which takes keen interest in overall development of students to make them industry ready.

As a pass out from IES MCRC, it was a great feeling to go back and help out new budding talent, by being a mock interview panellist. The mock interview pattern was extremely well thought out with pairing up of a pass out student and senior external faculty. This brings in conceptual as well practical corporate experience related questions to the students and helps them become tougher for the final interviews. There was also a feedback session kept where the IES MCRC faculty and leadership accepted all insights from the panellists in an unbiased manner, which shows their dedication towards the student’s betterment. As a panellist, the entire virtual mock interview had been setup in an extremely well managed system, with all pre technical checks completed, and complete priority and focus towards the full optimisation of the panellists’ valuable time.
