RAM KATHA

IES ASHLANE ENGLISH PRIMARY SCHOOL had participated 100% in the RAM KATHA organised by KALA VIKAS MANDAL. As part of the prize, the HM, Mrs Karuna Gajjalla has been facilitated with a pilgrimage package tour to and fro and a one day stay @Ayodhya dhaam. We thank all the students, parents and teachers and of course IES MANAGEMENT & KALA VIKAS MANDAL for making this happen.


Sports Prize Distribution Day

"Sports Prize Distribution Day" was conducted on 16th December where all sports prize winners were felicitated. Ms. Himani Parab, Arjuna Award winner was the Chief Guest of Honour for the Day.


Janmashtami

"Janmashtami, the birth of Lord Krishna, is a cherished Hindu festival celebrated with great zeal and enthusiasm across India. So such a vibrant occasion was celebrated at the IES Ash Lane School, Dadar. The entire school community including teachers, students, and staff came together to revel in this spirit of devotion and joy. This festival signifies the greatness of the Janmashtami and Gopal Kala celebrations."

Lions Club of Mahim felicitated the Headmistress', Teaching and non teaching staff members of KG and Primary Section for their contribution in the field of Education on 5th September 2023.


Teacher's Day

05.09.2023

Teacher's Day was celebrated in our school on 5th September. Std 4th students became teachers for the day. They took great efforts to teach the classes allotted to them and enjoyed being the class teacher. Later our HM Mrs Karuna Gajjala made them realize the important role teachers play in a students life. After the programme personalized cards were given to each student thanking them for their efforts.


Meri Mati, Mera Desh

Honouring our government, our courageous martyrs, freedom fighters and brave women who served through the Indian Freedom Movement Prime Minister Shri Narendra Modi suggested an innovative idea to celebrate the 77th Independence Day of India in 2023. The Indian Government has initiated a campaign called "Meri Mati, Mera Desh" in which students of I.E.S Ashlane English Primary School participated wholeheartedly. Every standard was given an activity, Std I and Std II were dressed up as great martyrs and carried our National Flag, Std III students planted saplings and gave information about the importance of Soil. Std IV students decorated an earthen diya highlighting the various uses of soil.


Investiture Program

"Investiture Program was conducted on 5th August 2023. The elections for the governing council was held on 30th June.Students voted for the consulate by ballot"
