Subsequently, after 5 years, in 1917, INDIAN EDUCATION SOCIETY was established. Initially, though it was a very tiny school, the founders dreamt of blossoming it into a huge establishment comprising of various schools to educate students.

The first step to convert the same dream into reality was taken by Prin. B. N. Vaidya and Nabar Guruji. They took a lot of efforts to develop this school to most ideal in its functioning, which resulted in quantitative growth and qualitative development. Thereafter, the then Trustee, VISHVAKARMA, Shri Manikrao Lotlikar, and then President, Shri Padmakar Dhamdhere, both IES Alumni, further developed this school into a Multi-campus Educational Institution. They established various schools in suburbs of Mumbai, for the all round development of students.
