Intra School Cultural competition 2017-18
Venue: Mani Bhavan Gandhi Sangrahalaya, Gamdevi
Gandhi Smarak Nidhi, Mumbai and Mani Bhavan Sangrahalaya, had organized Intra School cultural competition 2017-2018. The competition had wide range of events for the students and teachers to cater to all interests and tastes.
The students of our school had actively participated in the various competitions. The various events included:
Drawing Competition.
Singing Competition (Group as well as individual event).
Recitation Competition.
Elocution Competition.
Story Telling Competition.
One Act Play – Drama.

Shri Vitthalrao Joshi Charities Trust Sports Academy

Venue: Chiplun, Dist. Ratnagiri
Gargi Pandit won 2nd position for Artistic Gymnastics Girls Under-14 floor exercise event.
She also won 2nd position for Artistic Gymnastics Girls Under-14 Table Vault (g.575) event.
And she also secured 2nd position for Artistic Gymnastics Girls Under-14 All round championship (27.625) event.

RYSI award (Raman Young Scientist Innovation Award)
27th February 2018
Shlok Darekar (5th Marigold) had been selected for RYSI award (Raman Young Scientist Innovation Award). His project was amongst the top 100 projects presented across India.
Final round was held on 4th March at Bangalore.
School received RYSI Excellence Certificate. -
52nd Artistic Gymnastics State Championship 2017-18
10th - 12th February 2018
Venue: Nashik
Gargi Pandit represented Mumbai city, secured 2nd place in 52nd Artistic Gymnastics State Championship organised by Nashik District Gymnastic Association and Nashik Municipal Corporation.
Event: Team championship. Category: Junior Under-15. Marks obtained: 166.15.

CFBP - NHAF Inter School Art Competition 2018

Venue: J.J. School of Art
NHAF's (Niki Hingad Art Foundation) has joined hands with CFBP (Council for Fair Business Practices) to promote fair business practices and support the consumer movement by organising painting competition and seminars on consumer issues and thus bring awareness among the consumers.
52 Manikeans participated in this competition.
Participating students were expected to prepare a recent artwork on given theme.
Artwork Theme:
a) My Right to Voice (A Social Cause: ‘I want to stand for’)
b) Dream India
c) Consumer rights
d) Abstract consumer paintingPooja Desai from 6th Daisy won 4th Prize.
