Renovation of IES Manik Vidyamandir Entrance
The entrance and interior renovation of a 30-year-old school is a project that aims to reinstate the identity of the school and organize the user movement. The design uses only three materials majorly, i.e. triangular fluted wall panels, golden mirror finished ceiling, and natural kota stone to create a modern and inviting space.
The design of the entrance and interior is carefully organized to create a smooth flow of traffic. The triangular fluted wall panels create a clear path from the entrance to the main lobby, while the golden mirror finished ceiling helps to guide people’s eyes to the important areas of the school. The natural kota stone flooring provides a non-slip surface that is safe for students to walk on.
