Parents meeting was held on the month end day (i.e.) 29.09.2023 which was the last event of the month. In the meeting teachers announced the prizes won by KG staff at different competitions and also the names of students won in Intra school competition.

Like every year the organization named Chinmay Mission conducted shloka recitation competition. Selected children who had paid the entry fees participated in the competition. The first round was held on 26.09.2023. Children recited the shlokas very well.

Ganesha is known as the God of wealth, knowledge, wisdom and prosperity. Like every year Ganesh darshan was arranged on 15.09.2023. Children came in colourful attire. Teacher gave informative talk on Ganesh festival using PPT and shared a vidoe song which children enjoyed watching it. Later children visited for Ganesh darshan and sang Bappa's aarti. Prasad was distributed to all children.
Competitions like drawing on 01.09.2023, clay mouldi ng on 13.09.2023 and aarti competition on 26.09.2023, was held during the month. The main purpose of conducting these competitions is to develop young one’s self-confidence for the overall development of their personality. There was lot of enthusiasm and excitements among the little ones.

On 14th September’2023, a rangoli competition with flower petals was organized for both mothers and fathers of Kindergarten. Mothers and also few fathers enthusiastically participated in the competition. Every parent’s creativity was showcased in the competition.

Mother's Day is the day to honour the contribution of mothers, acknowledge the efforts of maternal bonds and the role of mothers in the society. Although, different countries celebrate the occasion on different dates, in IES CPV KG., this day was celebrated on 14.09.2023 as Matrudin. A get together of Haldi Kumkum was organised for all the mothers. Lovely mothers came dressed up nicely and colourful. KG teachers honoured all the mothers by offering haldi kumkum, flowers and prasad. A group of mothers also sang song to make the celebration livelier with fun and frolic.

Nature's day (ie) Vasundhara Diwas was celebrated on 12.09.2023. Planting activity was conducted as to make children aware of the importance of trees and plants in our life. Children had brought empty pot, soil and seeds. Under teacher's guidance children enjoyed the planting activity. Sr. KG. Children were taken for a walk around the school to experience the nature's beauty like plants, trees, flowers, fruits, birds and greenary around the school.

Corn is rich in vitamin C and yellow corn is also good for eye health. So a corn bhel activity was organized on 11.09.2023. Teacher told the importance of the rain food and also the ingredients required for preparing the corn bhel. Children enthusiastically participated in the preparation of corn bhel by mixing the ingredients like chopped onions, tomatoes, shev and chat masala. As children were told to bring empty tiffin, the corn bhel was served during the tiffin time which all of them enjoyed the most.

Krishna is the Hindu god of compassion, protection and love. Lord Krishna's birthday is celebrated as Janmashtami. In IES. CPV., Gopal Kala was celebrated on 06.09.2023, with great devotion and reverence. The tiny tots of Kindergarten were looking very colourful dressed as Krishna and Radha. A project on Krishna janmasthami and gopal kala was displayed. Children enthusiastically gathered in the assembly room and danced to the tune of garba and dahi handi music. Later the dahi handi pot was hit by one of the little Kanna which was the main highlight of the day. Sweets were distributed as prasad.

Teachers’ Day is celebrated on 5th of September every year. It commemorates the birth anniversary of Dr. Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan who was a former President of India. In CPV. KG., the tiny tots presented flowers to their respective class teachers and few of them came dressed and acted as teachers.
After the yummy tummy lunch, the entire KG. staff celebrated their special day. Our respected madam Ms. Sumedha Nawathe started the function with offering of garland to Maa Sarasvati’s idol that is known as symbol of knowledge and peace. The celebration continued with games that were both fun and challenging.
