Holi is a very old Hindu festival. It's also called the festival of colours. It celebrates the start of spring and the victory of good over evil. A project was displayed depicting the story of Holika and Dhulivandan, (i.e.) the day celebrating the joy of colours. Children came in colorful dress to enjoy the radiant festival. They were asked to bring handful of colorful flower petals. So, instead of harmful colours, an eco friendly and safe Holi was celebrated by throwing flower petals on each other. Later, it created a vibrant atmosphere as children danced on the tune of music. Thus, the day ended with a unique and fun filled celebration.
