Children’s Day is celebrated in India to raise awareness about rights, education and welfare of children. Every year, on 14th November, the birthday of Jawaharlal Nehru is celebrated as Children’s Day. In CPV. KG. Children’s Day was celebrated on 26.11.2024. Children came in colourful dress. To make them feel special for the day, the classrooms and the entrance were decorated with colourful balloons and lightings. Teacher gave informative talk about Children’s Day and shared entertainment videos which they enjoyed. Children were excited to receive the gifts and relished the yummy snacks like popcorn and roll cake.
