I.E.S. N.E.P.S celebrating Birth Anniversary of Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel, Day of National Unity. We celebrated by giving information about Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel and conducted an event Run for Unity even we conducted Drawing Competition of the subject National Unity.

NEKG celebrated Navratri from 10th October to 17th October 2018 in a grand manner. Idol of Goddess Durga was welcomed in each class with lot of enthusiasm. The KG echoed with "Ambe Maata ki Jai". Ms. Bharati Godse, Headmistress performed pooja, aarti of Goddess and beautifully displayed Golu along with kids. Teachers involved themselves with enthusiasm for nevidiyam [Prasad] for each day.
The theme of the project was ‘Educate girl child, educate world’. The photographs of India’s most powerful women e.g. Savitribai Phule, Dr. Anandibai Joshi, Kalpana chawla were displayed in the room to support the theme.
NEKG celebrated Birth Anniversary of Mahatma Gandhi and Lal Bahadur Shastri on 2nd October 2018. The programme commenced by garlanding the photo of Mahatma Gandhiji and Lal Bahadur Shastriji and Lamp lighting by our Headmistress Ms. Bharati Godse. Ms. Sulabha Limaye sang song "Hum ko man ki shakti dena" which created devotional and patriotic ambience. SR.KG. children narrated story and enacted short play based on life of Gandhiji.
This is the day we remember our great leaders for their great deeds. Significance of their work, thoughts, ideology and slogans were highlighted i.e. "My life is my message". "Jai Jawan kisan". At the end NEKG staff sang the bhajan "Raghupati Raghav Rajaram" and expressed the word of thanks to each and every hand behind the programme.
