09/03/2020 : Holi Celebration

Holi is a joyful festival of colours. It signals the end of winter and beginning of spring season in India. The Pre Primary section celebrated Holi by enjoying different activities using colours. Nursery, Jr. and Sr. KG children were engaged in activities like cotton dabbing, blob painting and wet kite paper printing on post cards which were sent to their families through post. All the children had an enjoyable day and shared their experiences on the festival with their classmates. An informative talk and story on Holi was narrated to children using audio visuals and a project display. Teachers explained to the students the need to save water and also use eco friendly colours, to play holi safely and enjoy this festival of colours.
