24.09.2018 Colour Week

Nursery celebrated a special week on colours. On each day children came dressed in colourful dresses red, blue , yellow, green, black and white respectively. The classroom was decorated with various objects according to the colour day. To make this a fun filled week, songs, rhymes, creative activities and games related to colours were organized . Children learned the colour concept and enjoyed throughout the week.

11.09.2018 Ganesh Festival

The festival of Ganesh Chaturthi is much awaited, celebration started with great devotion and enthusiasm. Our tiny tots came in colourful attire for the celebration.

The spirit of festivity and Lord Ganesha’s grace was just around the corner with joyful tap footing music and a warm welcome was given to Bappa with glad chants of ‘Ganapati Bappa Morya’.

Teachers narrated stories, showed videos on Ganesh ji, children recited shlokas and invoked his blessings. To enhance their creativity children moulded clay to prepare clay Ganapati.

After the prayers, prasad was distributed to all the children.

10.09.2018 Field trip To Ganesh Temple

Jr.KG and Sr.KG children carried incense sticks, coconut, bananas and flowers to offer Ganpati Bappa.

Children prayed, recited Shlokas and chanted “Morya Morya,Ganpati Bappa Morya”.

07.09.2018 Mother’s Day Celebration

To cherish the eternal bond between mother and child, Mother’s Day was celebrated by the kindergarten children. The children took immense pleasure in making beautiful cards as a token of love for their mothers.

07.09.2018 Health Food Fiesta and Kids’ Big Bazaar Set Up

To develop language and mathematic skills, MVM Big Bazaar was set up for the children. Jr.KG children brought different vegetables and Sr.KG Children brought various grocery items to display in the market, few children were dressed up as vegetable vendors and grocers. Children used paper or cloth bags for shopping in the Big Bazaar and enjoyed the activity.

06.09.2018 Aloo Chaat and Corn Bhel

Children wore their aprons, chef caps and were set to prepare delicious recipes.

Jr KG brought boiled potatoes and Sr KG brought boiled corns. They peeled potatoes and shelled corn kernels from the corn to make aloo chaat and corn bhel. It also gave them hands on experience and an opportunity to share and eat.
