14/11/2022 Children’s Day

Childhood is a blessing and the most fun filled phase of life.

Children's Day is celebrated to mark the birth anniversary of the country's first Prime Minister, Pandit Jawaharlal Nehru. He loved the children of our country, and children used to call him “Chacha Nehru” with adoration. He generally emphasized children’s privileges, care, and education.

IES New English Kindergarten & Balodyan celebrated Children’s Day on 14th November 2022 during the school hours.

Teachers took this unique opportunity to give a brief insight into the life of Chacha Nehru and his special connection towards the children with the help of the power point presentation.

To make this a memorable day and a fun filled one, a puppet show on wild animals was organised. Children played games and danced to the tune of music.

It was great to see all the children wearing birthday crown with a birthday card, singing the birthday song together.
