Students of Std VIII visited the Sterling Nature Trails in Durshet, Khopoli on 23rd November 2024. It was an adventurous and enriching trip. The students thoroughly enjoyed a range of exciting outdoor activities that not only enhanced their physical abilities but also provided valuable team-building experiences.
The activities included: Zip lining, Burma Bridge, Archery, Ladder Climbing, Net Climbing, Tyres Bridge, Vertical Log, Horizontal Net, Tracking.
This thrilling day allowed students to challenge themselves while enjoying the beauty of nature and developing important life skills such as teamwork, courage, and perseverance.

CHILDREN'S DAY CELEBRATION

On 14th November, IES Orion celebrated Children’s Day with great enthusiasm and joy. The day also marked the observance of "No Books Day," giving students a break from their regular academic schedule. A variety of fun-filled activities were organized, with each class enjoying games planned by their respective class teachers. The games promoted teamwork, creativity, and friendly competition, ensuring all students were actively engaged. A special highlight of the day was a magical performance, where a professional magician entertained the students with mind-boggling tricks. The magic show was a huge hit, leaving the students in awe and wonder. The Children's Day celebration at IES Orion was a memorable and enjoyable experience for all, making it a day full of fun, learning, and cherished moments.

STD V & VI EDUCATIONAL TOUR TO UDAIPUR

IES Orion organized a memorable four-day educational tour for Standard V & VI students to Udaipur, in collaboration with Mr. Kini from Patel Tours. A group of 22 students, accompanied by one teacher, embarked on the trip, beginning with an early morning flight to Ahmedabad. They then journeyed to Udaipur by bus, enjoying scenic views of Rajasthan.
The first day included a visit to Saheliyon Ki Bari and a celebratory Children's Day party.
On Day 2, the group explored Haldighati, the Maharana Pratap Museum, and witnessed a captivating puppet show.
Day 3 featured a tour of the City Palace and a fun-filled auto-rickshaw ride to Chittorgarh Fort.
The final day included a return journey to Ahmedabad, with a delightful meal before heading home. The students returned enriched with historical knowledge and unforgettable memories.
